Patrick Flannelly: Host of The Coptimizer Podcast

Patrick Flannelly is the retired Chief of Police for the Lafayette, Indiana, Police Department. Before beginning his career in Law Enforcement, Patrick served four years on active duty in the United States Air Force as a security policeman. Upon completing his military service, he attended Purdue University, where he completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Law & Society. In 1995 he began his career as a police officer with the Lafayette Police Department.

In this episode, Chief Flannelly introduces himself and talks about his BHAG!  The Big, Hairy, Audacious, Goal of the Coptimizer Podcast; which is to help police officers to Hire Healthy, Retire Healthy, and maximize their opportunities in that space in between.  Not just survive a career in policing, but to thrive in your personal and professional lives.
