Patrick Flannelly is the retired Chief of Police for the Lafayette, Indiana, Police Department. Before beginning his career in Law Enforcement, Patrick served four years on active duty in the United States Air Force as a security policeman. Upon completing his military service, he attended Purdue University, where he completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Law & Society. In 1995 he began his career as a police officer with the Lafayette Police Department.
