Debra Funston is the Chief of Police for the Rifle, Colorado, Police Department. Policing was not her early plan, but life circumstances led Debra from her home state of Colorado to Virginia, where the love of policing got started. After several years with the Hampton, VA, PD, she moved back to the mountains.
