Dr. Katherine Plewa is a researcher and consultant working in digital health. With 7 years of research and 10 years of clinical experience, she is a diagnostics and biometrics expert working across healthcare, pharmacy, fitness, and industry to improve human and organizational performance. Her research has focused on improving health and safety standards in sports and the workplace, as well as improving health outcomes through remote patient monitoring and rehabilitation programs.
She is also the founder of a leading stress research firm that works with organizations to proactively address stress in the workplace to make people healthier, safer, and more productive in the workplace.
Over the years, she has worked with various groups of people including high performing athletes, law enforcement officers, military personnel, veterans, as well as patients with neurological disorders. She is passionate about human health and optimization and loves to explore the blend of new and old technologies and techniques to help people adapt to stress and unlock new levels of performance.
